MARION, OHIO - Ohio State University and Marion Technical College have been asking for housing for years for their students and private developers are now stepping in to being 200 beds to Marion for those students.
The Indianapolis-based company, Annex Student Living joins local developer Lois Fisher and others to bring housing to the OSU's regional campus and MTC.
Currently the two schools share the same lot on Mt. Vernon Ave in Marion and developers plan to build the Annex of Marion, approximately 200-bed student living complex along University Drive just north of MCJDC across from the Marion Campus. With the project in the financial planning, the project is expected to deliver for August 2015.
